Aljubarrota (European Portuguese: [alʒuβɐˈʁotɐ]) is a freguesia ("civil parish") in the municipality of Alcobaça, Portugal. It was formed in 2013 by the merger of the parishes of Prazeres and São Vicente.[1] Its population in 2011 was 6,639[2] in an area of 47.94 km².[3] In 1385 the Battle of Aljubarrota took place near the village.
